Customer must pay return shipping & request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from their account. Defective products such as defects from manufacturing factory process and/or workmanship, fulfillment mistakes, those which result with shipment of incorrect products will qualify as acceptable returns for refund or replacement.
